What is the rule when it comes to real eggs? Can we have them? Eggs Beaters are great but not reheated. Any idea? Thanks Julie

The only way I can eat them are boiled, soft or hard boiled or poached. Scrambled eggs, for some reason, make me yak. I heard if you prime the pouch with milk, scrambled eggs will sit better, but the drink, eat rule is an issue. I don't know about fried eggs, but poached is fine for me..I would just as well have boiled eggs.

Julie, I have no trouble w/the EBeaters, but when I made my family breakfast last weekend, I took a spoonful or regular scrambled eggs, and I could not digest it easily. It hurt! I thought I could make the switch, but I won't do that again. I also am finally able to digest chicken, but only if it is in the form of chicken salad with mayo. I am trying to gradually work some meats in, since that is where I fall short. Solid foods are only two days away! (okay, I have tested some of them and some have worked, some have crippled me). Be careful if you switch to real eggs. Take a bite and then wait a few minutes.
