I never posted on this board following my transsected RNY of 01-21-05

I've been posting regularly to the main message board but haven't posted here. Everything went like clockwork. The only hitch is that I have an incisional wound which has to be cleaned, packed and dressed twice a day. Normally a nurse does it in the morning and my wife does it at night. But, my wife will be away on business for the next few days so I'll do the night shift. I've already done it before. I'm relearning to slow...down with my eating. I'm in the soft food stage and can have about 2-3 oz of solid protein but only a couple forksful of very soft cooked veggies. If I rush at all, I feel it in my chest. I'm getting a very strong sense of when I am full. No dumping. And, no cheating.

Robert is this a revision surgury you had or the first time? Kathy
