I am 3-years post op with a SRVG. In the past 6 weeks I have had to have the ring dialted 3 times and will have to continue as it is not staying wide enough for solids to pass. I have been vomitting for 3 years as well. The dr. who did the endoscopy mentioned that I may need to consider a revision since this is not seeming to be a success. I have lost 100 pounds, but am worried about the constant vomitting. I would love to hear your thoughts/suggestions/experiences with this issue.

I HAD VBG IN 1996. LOST 100, THEN GAINED BACK 50, AM IN THE PROCESS OF SEEKING REVISION APPROVAL FROM INSURANCE. WHAT I WANTED TO COMENT ON WAS THROWING UP. I DO TWO OR THREE TIMES A WEEKS AND HAVE FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS. I AM ON MY 6TH CROWN. THROWING UP HAS RUINED BACK TEETH. STUPIDLY I NEVER REALLY PUT IT TOGETHER UNTIL MY NEW SURGEON TOLD ME I HAD THE TYPICAL DENTAL PROBLEMS OF SOMEONE WHO HAD TO THROW UP ALOT. ANYWAY, GOODLUCK TO YOU AND TO ME, AS I AM A LADY IN WAITING. AMY
