Could someone tell me if this incisionless weight loss procedure could be performed as a revision of a vsg

I did a bunch of research but didn't see anything where it had been done to revise an existing WLS. I would suggest you talk to your doctor for more info.

Do you mean Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG) or Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG). They are different procedures. ESG is done endoscopically and is not considered actual surgery, VSG is laparoscopic and is considered surgery.
