SLEEVE REVISION 7 YEARS POST OP

I go for my surgical consult tomorrow. i need a hip replacement and the surgeon wants me to lose 100 lbs for my safety before the surgery. I'm more nervous and afraid this time around. I lost 145 lbs from the sleeve and gained back about 50 lbs. I never made my goal weight loss of 200 lbs. Any suggestions or words of wisdom?

I think you are on a good road. Work with your surgeon. Get some good and postive friends. Seek counseling which will help prepare for your mind this next phase in your life.
