How long did it take your insurance to give a decision after submission? Specifically Aetna PPO. My surgeon submitted on Tuesday. Waiting nervously!
I have Cigna it took 5 business days. longest days of my life! Hang in there!
I had Aetna at the time I was considering revision and it was approved immediately. My revision was to address severe GERD/Reflux and was coded as such. It was not submitted as a bariatric procedure.
