Revision from Lap Band to I don't know what yet. Please share your input!

revision band to RNY all in one surgery. My surgeon did not recommend sleeve for me because of the GERD. I believe most of us have esophagus dilation it is just a side effect of the band.

Because I had mine done in one surgery, my pouch is larger than a virgin RNY (55 cc's vs 35) it has been perfect for me and I've dropped into a normal BMI. it also cured my reflux. so pretty happy with my choice. frankly I chose this because I didn't wan to risk a second revision.

Band-RNY revision age 50 5'4" HW 260 SW: 244 (bf healthy range 23-35%) bf 23.7% (at 137lbs) cw range 135-138.lbl with butt lift and mastoplexy March 23, 2018...2.5lbs removed.

I would just go with the bypass.I had sleeve in 2011 and developed severe gerd and hiatal hernia failure.Had bypass in Nov2016.No regrets.Wish I would of had bypass to begin with.
