One Week Post-op

Hi everyone I went for my 1 week Post-op appointment today. My surgeon said I am doing well I have lost 10 pounds . I was so happy I have only been walking and riding my elliptical I wasn't expecting that much of a loss. I am motivated more than ever to reach my goal weight. And I am always here to help motivate others. We are on this journey together and we will be successful together.
