It's in regards to revision ..lap band to sleeve

I wouldn't do a revision form band to sleeve.You could go on and need another revision to bypass if you develop acid reflux issues.I had sleeve 2011,2015 started with acid reflux and tried everything. Ended up with bypass 2016.my Hiatal hernia failed from before and had to be repaired again too.This is just my opinion.If you read about revisions though a lot of sleeve patients had acid reflux issues and had to have bypass.

Why does bypass fix this? I never understood that. I've always been against bypass...it's bad enough I'm cutting my stomach down... then to start messing with intestines ..scary.

How bad is the reflux?

The part where the acid and bile refluxes up is eliminated,especially if you had the sleeve already.
