Step to having a revision surgery

Hi there. Do you mind me asking what insurance you have? I've been told that insurance requires rage same long rigorous process for a revision as they do for initial surgery but this makes no sense to me. Seems as though that would cost insurance company more money in the long run. Your experience seems more reasonable. Good luck with your revision!

Hello Tracy, I Have BCBS of Michigan, And if you have Compilations as I do I guess they 

work faster, But I still had to do the whole med clearance evaluation all that fun stuff.

I am just annoying and don't stop bugging them until I hear something lol..

I finally got a call back and I have to go through the 6 month process of supervised diet and psych evaluation done again. Not looking for ward to the long process.

They told me I had to as well but in the end i didnt have to. Im sorry I know the feeling

I am in the process of trying to have a revision done as well. I had my RNY 7/12 and put back on 80 of the 140 i lossed. I was with Beaumont Royal oak before, but going to try with Oakwood Dearborn. If you don't mind me asking, Who are you going through this time?

I had the sleeve in 2012. I have put on some weight. The acid reflux is killing me. I live in RI and have united health care has anyone ever had a second procedure such as reseelve or bypass or DS which I never heard of?
