Tuesday starts my two week liquid diet

Tuesday starts my liquid diet also have to go to hospital for pre op testing.

 Look forward to the liquid diet I will finally be in control of food , food won't control me. I see it as a test to see if I want surgery bad enough to stay on clear liquids without cheating. It's starting to look like it's really going to happen.

Sugar free Popsicles help. Kind of something to crunch. Wishing you all the best
