Apollo Overstitch went well !!

Awww im sorry i have not replied to you. I have been traveling and havent had time to sit down on my lap top ugh lol 

WOW Thank you for confirming the muscle pain ! (sorry that you had to feel it ) but thankful that you confirmed That i was not imagining the muscle pain. 

 

I like you feel that the apollo surgery has helped me to realize what an emotional eater i am . The liquid diet made me strong . I felt so in control . 

Now is another thing UGH I am already back to eating not much different that I did prior to The Apollo , I feel very to almost restriction ! 

I have completely stopped bread as well as No carbonation whats so ever 

I do stop when i feel the slightest feeling of  fullness .

 

As of today 12/01/15

I am exactly 5 weeks Apollo post op and feeling like a failure !!

Ive Only lost 10 lbs ! :(

I have No get up and go to get myself to the gym ! :( 

I have been eating sugar Urrrgh life mini snicker candy bars No so bad But not good at all! I am so up set with myself !                                I am going through menopause that is a struggle in its self , appetite out of control

Im sorry to go on and on 

I have to laugh at me and keep good faith that I will get it together
