Need Advice please!

I am 13 years post op RNY and am having some difficulty with weight gain. I have gained 70lbs in 8 months! Wondering about a revision? Do they work?

I am only 6 months out, but I picked a surgeon *****cognized that one surgery may not be all I need.  I wanted to make sure that if I need future 'pouch adjustments' he would be on my side.  Here is his webpage that addresses possible revisions:

I consider them 'pouch adjustment,'  probably not the medical term.  But if I need them after several years, I will be investigating them also.
