I also am having a bit of trouble with understanding your post. Am I to understand you had rny in 03 (same year as I did by the way) and have trouble with ulcers,your stoma keeps closing. You get about 9-10 months break between issues?   Now someone is telling you you need to have a version of the RNY due to the medical issues around you losing too much weigh but you haven't the money to do it?
