Revision due to hernias and weight gain

I was wondering if revision is a possiblity for me. I had a successful Laporoscopic RNY in 2002. I lost around 100 lbs. in 2002 and gained back 25-30 of those pounds over the past 7 years. I have had trouble with cramping in my abdomen for years now, and have ignored it. I think I may have hernias at the sites of my trochar incisions. I really struggle to lose weight, and want to lose another 50 lb. if possible. Would revision be an option for me? I am 5'6"and weigh 196.
