Revision?

I'm from Pennsylvania and had an RNY done 6 1/2 years ago. I never got close to my goal weight, i gained very little weight back so I'm glad about that. I'm checking into a possible revision. Dr. Ku did my original surgery but has since left the hospital where I had it done at. My question is, does anyone know if Dr. Ku does revisions or not ?                                                                           Thank you !

I'm not familiar with Dr. Ku. Since you say you never got close to your goal weight, I'm going to suggest that you probably need a revision from the RNY to the DS---the most complicated WLS revision there is, but also the most effective.

There are very few surgeons who are competent to do this procedure. Here's a link to a list of them:http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/revision/4599894/RNY-to-DS -revision-surgeons/

Are you familiar with Dr. Bonnini? He's near Philadelphia, PA

The name is familiar, but I can't recall much about him. Nothing bad, anyway. (*grin*)
