Lap band to what? Sleeve or Gastric Bypass or what - need advice/experience

I had GERD before my sleeve in 2009, and now I have terrible, awful, horrible GERD.  I may have to revise to RnY to get rid of it because there is not enough stomach (?) to do the normal procedure (a fundoplication?) they do for intractable GERD.  I meet with my surgeon on the 18th to get the details.  I love(d) my sleeve, but I. am. miserable.  My surgeon said he's been reading about problems with GERD a ways out after the sleeve.  It has been a great tool.  I lost 70 pounds the first six months.  But I have been having regain for various reasons, including the GERD.
