Inadvertent revision due to perforated ulcer. What's ahead?

I guess I inadvertently had a revision 2 wks ago. I had a perforated ulcer in my pouch. They (a regular surgeon not a bariatric surgeon) had to remove part of my pouch and my intestine. So I am now back to original pouch size.  I am currently following my post RNY diet and just moved into soft foods.  Is this even what a revision is?  Am I going to lose weight like crazy like the first time?  I had the initial "home from the hospital" initial loss of 17 lbs but nothing since then. I don't need to lose more weight as I was at a healthy BMI and holding prior to this surgery. But I'm just kind of wondering what is in store for me.  Thanks!
