RNY revision What to revise to??

I has RNY gastric bypass in August 2009 . I lost 140 ish lbs I have maintained my weightloss. I am seeking a revision because I am morbidly obese and I am not happy. My tool is no longer working I feel very or little restriction . I am still eating a proper diet ALONG with exercise as well as taking my vitamins. am currently seeing a nutritionist and a new bariatric Dr. I am just trying to get ideas on what to revise to what will work . I am trying to lose around 100 lbs. Thanks for your help.

DS yes BOB no but I have heard alot of negativity about the BOB so I dont know I will visit my DR. again in May so I have to get some ideas. Thanks
