Appeal for Gastric Bypass with IHC

I have an appeal next Thrusday.. I can meet in person or over the phone.

Any sugguestions? 

I have never done this before.

I will be meeting w/ the board committee.. and I guess this process has never been done before, its brand new coverage.

Any advice??

I'm fortunate that I've not had to face this, but if you havent already, get all your ducks in a row. Know your information, have the documentation ready. You might even consider writing up a summarized timeline so you'll have all your information at your fingertips. Having a good attitude will also go a long way with you. If you can be positive and strong rather than defensive and angry, it might take you further....even if you are feeling angry and defensive. Keep us posted and May The Force Be With You!
