OMG!!!!You r not going to believe this!!!!!!

Somebody help!!!  Did this ever happen to anyone out there. 
Get a letter of denial. 
Comply with all there request. 
Then get letter of approval. Dr got an authorization number. 
Subsequently I had to change doctors cuz he only would do a distal gb as a revision and not the full ds.
So new doc office tries to cal for new auth number and is told I am not covered for this procedure.  What the heck is happening????????
