what a difference a month makes...xposted
A month ago today, right now I was heading to the OR for my RNY revision from a band to a bypass. Revision patients are natoriously slow loosers right????? Well in a month I've lost more pounds than I ever did with my band. I am down 34 pounds as of this morning. That's the weight of my youngest, disabled son. And I complain he's heavy when I pick him up.
I have a 3 week updated photo of my facial changes in my profile. Not sure how to do them here. Will do my one month photos later today.... probably post them tomorrow.
I went from always being hungry, to having to set clocks to remind myself to eat. I do not crave chocolate, or candy. I do crave eggs. Which I can have one a day. So that's a good thing.
My clothes are all getting baggy. Time to start trying on different clothing sizes.
I went into surgery at 260 (by my home scale), and today by my 226... big differenes I think.
