Revision

I had my RNY in 2003 I lost 100 pounds..and now years later I am gaining weight mostly due to injury and complete hip replacement and inability to exercise...I live in Ky and want to find a good dr to do the rose procedure..none in my town does the revision..Huntington Wva does have a Dr. Neace that does it does anyone know him. Has anyone had the rose procedure..and how does it work..I need to loose the 40 lbs. I have gained ..the extra weight is killing my knees and hips..thanks for any info you can share..do you know what kind of pre-testing has to be done..thanks a bunch.
