Anyone ever have a revision after.........................????
3 years of having RNY?
I try to remain positive, but I feel like i did not go thru all this and work so hard to be 50-60 lbs overweight. I'm struggling everyday, doesn't matter what or how I eat, or how much exercise....I cant loose a pound. An appointment is made with my surgeon for a check up, and i'm seriously looking into doing this again. My family thinks i'm NuTS!
If anyone has any thoughts, advise?? I'd appreciate hearing it!
Thanks!!!!

What kind of revision are you considering? DS? Band after bypass?

The band got me to goal, the sleeve will keep me there.

I don't know, i'm just starting to look into it. What did you do?I had a revision from band to sleeve. Couldn't hack the band anymore.
If I had bypass and wanted a revision probably the only two options would be DS or Vertigo. I don't know much about Vertigo but on paper it looks pretty damn good. I'm trying to find patients that have had it so I can talk to them.
I have a friend in New York that is considering it and I am helping dig up some info.
