Slow weight loss
I had my 2nd RNY lap revision 17 days ago. The first week I lost 9lbs., the 2nd week I have lost nothing! I eat about 600-1000 cals a day. I am doing a lot of walking but the scale is just not moving. I know with revision the wt. Is slower to come off, but what do I have to do to get these last 50lbs. off!! I am very frustrated.
Your body is still recovering. Be gentle with yourself. Are you really "eating" that many calories or are they in protein shakes/soft foods? I know I retained a ton of water after my surgery. If you are following the "pouch" rules the weight will come off.
