When I had my RNY I lost 100lbs in 4 months. I was revised to a DS in Feb and I lost almost 130lbs in 6 months. Either way, what's important is you're looking for good health, right?
You may lose slower with a revision but if you get the weight off and keep it off, I think that's the better deal. And I hope it's you who'll be choosing which surgery you should get and not a surgeon.
