However, in your case, I`d take into account that you lost and regained a lot of weight, which is the same like yo-yo-dieting, meaning your metabolism is now in worse shape then when you got the band, making it more difficult now to loose again then it was 4 years ago. That`s the reason why revision patients usually do worse then those who get their first WLS. I don`t have the link, but some time ago someone posted the results of a small study about the outcomes of band to sleeve patients, and the results were rather bad. There can be different reasons for that, but an over-effective metabolism after weight regain can be one of them.
