Try posting on the DS Board Dana, I know he has patients over there who might know the answers.

I would expect he is at Mt. Sinai; kept hearing conflicting reports but let me know if you find him.  He did my revision in February in Miami; brilliant surgeon; have since had another revision but not with him as he left FL right after my surgery. Good luck.  Maryjo
