I would suggest that you have all your medical records ahead of time. Have any EGD or other tests done before the consult or call the Dr. and ask if they would want any of those done first. My PCP made me do those first before seeing the Dr. for a consult. If you haven't done a 6 month diet, get on board now as you may have to do it. Mine was overturned without it, but I was 3 months into the diet before I was approved, so I was ready to continue if needed.
