StomaphyX, EROS, ROSE - Need pros and cons

I'm researching various revision procedures. I'm a self pay and several people have recommended StomaphyX, ROSE and EROS. Does anyone have any experience with these procedures? Some people advised against them but didn't say why. Also, how do I search the forums for these and other topics? The search box, above, in the blue band, doesn't limit the search to the forums and instead returns a bunch of ads and whatnot. I'm new to the site so any advice on searches is appreciated.
