Ins coverage for RNY to DS or Bank

Does anyone know if Blue Cross Blue Shield of the Mountain State covers any type revision?  I'm looking into the DS or Band.  I had the RNY in 2002 and lost 255, but gained back 85 over the last year.  Does anyone know a doc in the Southern Ohio area that does revision?  Thanks, Tim

Dr J Wesley Alexander @ Christ Medical Center doesin Cincinnati. 513-585-3636 He is a great Dr , I workedd for Anthem for a little while and they have differnt plans you might want to call and ask member services. I know the one my mom has does but you have to have medical nessessity and co-morbidity coditions plus tried to lose the weight with Adkins or Weigh****chers or something for 1 year or more b4 they will approove it. Check with your member services.
