Bloated and Hot all the time, SUGGESTIONS??

I am putting this out there just wondering if anyone feels the same.  I am a revision RNY 2 years out, have had lots of little problems throughout.  It has just been within the last 4 months that I stay super bloated after I eat and it makes me very uncomfortable as I swear my intestines swell up to where it looks like I have a small pregnant belly.  I have been seeing a Gastro doc as he is trying to find out some things, but I just wondered if anyone was dealing with. Also, anyone ever heard of going through menopause around 30 due to surgery?  Just wondering cause I swear I am 31 150lbs and hot all the time.  I also have been reading people talk about how much they can eat, I eat more than 4ozs and am maintaining.
