You  might want to go down the message board for the last 3 weeks and look at Dr. Schlesinger's ABC's of revisions.  It might answer some of your questions.

Come to the DS Forum and learn all you want to know about the DS. The DS is a type of surgery. A revision is basically revising your initial surgery. There are many ways you can revise your surgery. Revision to DS is one of the options for you. Actually, I am having a revision to DS on March 10th. Feel free to pm me!

I just had a revision from and RNY to DS. I love my DS. No more dumping...Yes..Ive been loosing about 10 lbs a month just  by following  the rules... protein first.
