Considering revision

I had RNY July 2005 - Lost 110 gained back 45. Have Aetna HMO. What are the first steps to getting approved? What different revision options are available?  Any help is appreciated, Nicole

I had my RNY revised to the DS.  I know Aetna has been overturned but I had BC BS so had no problems.

Just a quick note to inform newbie’s searching for info on Revision surgeries....have you looked into DS?  It's an option overlooked by many.  Go to the DS forum on OH and ask questions....we have quite a few revised to DS from other WLS
