Just wanted to give a quick update. I had my lapband over RNY 9/4/07. Original RNY 4/16/03.
As of today w/ 2 fills I have lost...24lbs...I know that may not seem like a large amount, but as you read everywhere it does come off much more slowly than the original RNY.
