Center for Excellence

I seem to be finding a trend that Center of Excellence doctors don't perform distal RNY or DS.  Does anyone know of COE doctors that do?  My insurance insists on it for coverage.

My Surgeon does both the DS and the distal RNY (my revision was 12/12/07). He uses Munroe Regional Hospital in Central Florida and they are a Center of Excellence. I did notice when doing my research that my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida) has their own guidelines on which surgeries they will cover, including the limb lengths on the RNY which I thought was pretty controlling!
