Revision denied

I was denied a revision from lapband to DS.  The reason for the denial was that the medical records did not show a connection between my band and the problems I have been having with the band.  The band makes me throw up.  It is not as bad when there is no fluid in the band, but when it is filled I can't hardly keep anything down.  I could use some advice on how to appeal and "prove" a problem with the band.  My take on the band was pre-band no throwing up...........post band throwing up.  Not sure what to do.
