Pouch Reduction as well as outlet tightening question?

Would anyone know if the pouch can be made smaller as well as the oulet being tightened ?  My outlet is wide open and was told that the pouch was large as well so would they be able to do a nip and tuck on the pouch at the same time ? Susie x
