As a formerly banded person, I just think that having the eating restrictions from both the band and the bypass would be the worst of two worlds. I'm just not that good at suffering! LOL
When I revised from the band, I went for the DS. No dumping, no barfing and I eat a full range of regular foods. Our members are getting better and better at getting reluctant insurance companies to pay for this.

In any group of a hundred people, there are probably 2 or 3 sociopaths. In a group of a thousand, more like 20-30. They function very well in "affinity groups," where people have things in common and tend to trust strangers. I am NOT saying not to trust anyone. I AM saying that there are probably two dozen sociopaths hanging out here and looking for victims. Most are NOT serial killers.
