Support groups for DS patients in Bay Area?

I am hoping to have a revision to a DS soon. I need to find a local as possible support group mainly for DS patients. Anyone know of any? I live in Manteca and the closer to me, the better?

I was just about to post on the DS board, thanx. As far as the Cali board, they are gung ho RnY only so I choose not to post there.
