Hi    I'm still doing some home work on DS. I'm still setting on the post what to do Yet. Just wanted to hear if someone wasn't happy with there DS surgery. Thanks Marilyn J

Nope!  I'm a VBG revision and had my DS at the end of February.  I totally LOVE it!

I had it. I love it. I lost more than 150 pounds. Losing weight was effortless. Keeping it off is easy. I don't eat as much as I once did, but I'm satisfied. The food choices are more varied. My hunger is controlled. You might be better off posting this question on the OH duodenal switch message board or at duodenalswitch.com.

I'm thrilled with my revision to DS from RNY.  See the above (well, now below posts) from me and read my profile.  Come over to the DS forum and read the WDYE threads.  The quality of life is superior!

Finding a great revision DS surgeon is work but well worth it.

Good luck!

Just so you get lots of info, I had an RNY to DS like revision. See my profile. I have lost 70lbs in 10 months and my pouch was left alone, just got the bowel portion done. Less risky.
