revision results

I had a rny open revision on 9/13/06. Dr. O indicated that my pouch was a good size and he did not have to adjust it. He did how ever bypass more intestin due to my 1st dr did not pass but 30 cm and he passes about 130 cm. I have only lost 12 lbs. not sure why i am not loosing. I eat 2/3 cup like dr saind and choose protien first. what else can i do??????????
