Revision From Rny to DS and hernia repair

Hello   I was wondering has anyone had a revision to DS from Rny and hernia repair at the same time? And was alot of pain involved. Fred

I had the revision but no hernia.  I can honestly say the pain was controlled other than when I first woke up in recovery.  My Dr. changed my dosage and after that, I was either asleep or pushing the pain pump!  Since the surgery from RNY to Ds is more complex, you need to find an exceptional surgeon who has plenty of experience in revisions.  I flew to SF to see Dr. Husted and Dr. Rabkins (two big guns) for my revision.  Everything went perfect and I'm home and recovering wonderfully now.
