What were the key factors that influenced your decision to undergo weight loss surgery?

Hi I'm new to this website My name is Christine Martinez I'm looking to have a weight loss surgery because of 350lbs i need to make a change for better version of me, but if to a better mom for my 4 kids. If anyone has any advice I'm all ears.
