Good morning Jen and Menuers,

Eggs were $4.17 at Aldi yesterday. They were $2.97 a dozen in Costa Rica. This needs to stop. Today I will be paying $3.59 a gallon for gas. I hope change comes soon. I think I got a free day from mom duty today. Last night took mom to cards and they needed another player. I opted to play and drink PeanutButter whiskey instead of having dinner.

QOTD: Ig there were no ramifications I would drink bourbon old fashions every day all day. But if not I would stick with water. I love my coffee but my skin desires the water.

Accountability: Whiskey instead of dinner. Hell, it happens.

Good mornin everyone!

Going to be another chilly day here today. I'm over winter. This winter has kicked my ass. We're headed to Sam's this morning. We might run by the market Walmart to get something my mom forgot yesterday.

i'm getting a package of supplies today so I can make some stuff tonight! There are a few more coming this weekend and next week.i sold a bracelet to a fellow mailler who can't get the weave. That afforded me the chance to try a newish clasp. Aa.so to get a few supplies to make a bracelet for my niece and me. My bday is in February and hers is in April. I haven't made myself something in honestly years it seems.

QOTD: ice water...with chewable ice of course.

B: oatmeal and coffee...lots of coffee

L: I'm thinking soup,

D: undecided.

Good morning, everybody!

We enjoyed the fly tying class last night. We kind of inadvertently jumped right into an advanced class, but we learned a lot of skills that we can apply, going back to start at a more basic point. I will post a picture tomorrow. Next week, I will be in Orlando for work, but my son is going to go back on his own.

Today I am WFH. With the holiday on Monday, I ended up going in on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday of this week. I want to keep my reserved office space, so will do enough in person to hit that threshold. Mainly a couple of conference calls, Crossfit and a teleconference with our financial advisers this afternoon. My son usually makes lamb on Thursday because that is when the butcher gets its lamb chop shipment in .

It looks like the Chicago Med episode that was filmed outside my office will be on next week. its a crossover of all three (Med, Fire, and PD) and I can see the outside of my office building on the previews. I will have to watch when I return from Florida next weekend.

QOTD: Bai Water.

Breakfast: Bagel

Lunch: Italian sandwich

Dinner: lamb

Have a great day, all!

I tend to get dehydrated easily and try to always have ice water close to me. Sometimes in hot weather I also increase salt and salty foods. Not having clean drinking water would be terrible and I know there are places in the world where that is a reality of life.

Friday Eve is here again. Still bitter cold out, but it is slowly starting to break.

Yesterday we had one of the big air compressors that help with the boilers go off-line at work right before reporters from The Day newspaper came to do a story and take pictures. So much fun watching people run around like chickens with their head's cutoff. I had to go out to the scale house for 30 minutes, but other than that I jus****ched people go crazy. It was almost comical.

Nothing much else going on today unless the cold weather decides to cause more issues in the plant.

QOTD: If you were told you could only drink one thing everyday for the rest of your life what would it be? While I do enjoy my daily coffee and the weekend glasses of wine I would pick just good ole water. Yea I know very plain and basic, but I drink so much more water in a day than any other liquid and if I don't bad things happen. Passing out from being dehydrated years ago really scared Irvin. He wasn't all that happy with me and was balling his eyes out thinking I was dead. If I were dead hun I wouldn't be breathing. I realized then he's not all that good in an emergency situation. Me on the other hand can hold it all together until the situation had been handled then the adrenaline rush hits.

B: coffee and ham/cheese wrapped pickles

L: two slices pizza

D: chicken burgers

Just let them eat the people you don't like. Then it wouldn't cost anything to feed them. Why board them when they could go with you and fly anywhere in the world for free.
