Still cold out but me and Rudy braved it and got a little walk in. I need to run to Walmart today and also stop and get my mom's prescription. Looking forward to the weekend we got a lot planned.

It is sad but people are addicted to those unhealthy foods. If not allowed to buy them legally they will find another way to get them.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Good little Friday Eve gang. The BAU audit is going rather well and tomorrow our PM will be made aware of the findings whi*****lude the non-compliance of the daily equipment inspections. Safety is a big thing here and some people just don't get it or care I guess.
I went through some more totes in the basement and threw away some junk. Also, brought some stuff in to work incase anyone wanted anything. Looks like the weather is slowly going to start creeping up to being warmer they are saying almost 50 next week.
QOTD: This question is going to be a bit political, but I honestly want opinions. Do you think SNAP benefits should ban being able to purchase sugary drinks, candy, and other unhealthy foods? I have mixed opinions on this because I feel that all that crap food obviously is not good for kid or adults as we all know this well right or we ourselves wouldn't be on this site. But on the other hand, the cost of good nutritious foods is outrageous and in order for families to be able to purchase those items they would need more in benefits. Not sure what will come of this if they do start to micromanage what people can purchase with government benefits.

Thank you so much for this website. I, too, have regained 20lbs at 6 year post gastric bypass and terrified! I will definitely try this diet.
Good Evening! Super late check in but busy work day and I have an appt on Wednesday's at lunch. It really felt like Thursday but I'll be nice to have payroll distribution tomorrow and have the fallout corrections on Friday so next week can start with fresh projects.
QOTD: It has probably been 15 years since we have had one. We've talked about it but want to plan it right and organized.

QOTD- Rarely, but we used to go to estate sales if there was something interesting.
The fettucine Alfredo was a success. To me it tasted better than Olive Garden. It put shrimp and bay scallops in it. I have a ton left over so that will be my dinner tonight. I was worried about it but it's actually pretty simple and didn't take that much time. I'm not used to using fettucine so it took me longer to cook it. I usually use angel hair pasta and that cooks really quick. So I've learned that lesson.
The sun is peaking out so it almost looks like spring. My daffodils are getting ready to bloom. I'm not sure what happened to the crocuses I had last year. Squirrels maybe, they seem to eat everything else.
I still have about 20 minutes more to work.
Everyone have a great day!

Hi gang. Another day of living the dream. It's cold, but very sunny. I smell spring around the corner. If we didn't have snow covering everything we'd probably have crocuses poking up.
QOTD: It's been decades since I've been to a yard sale. I have more crap than I can use. I've never had a yard sale either. It seems like a lot of work for very little money.
