I was waiting for Friday to see pictures but so happy to see them today. Wonderful experience.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
I could but won't. I don't mind doing the colonoscopy. It's a good reason to take off work and get relief from Mom duty for a day. Plus, if they see something they can take care of it right then and there and I will be done. There will be no problems though ask my family and my husband. They will say I am a perfect asshole.

It's amazing how that tile work holds up for thousands of years.

I actually only told 3 people. I told everyone else I was having a hernia surgery. I did have a huge hernia and thought they would fix it when they were in there, but it was too big so 1 year later I needed to go back in and have it repaired. It worked out for the best because they removed my skin at the same time. I never heard of anyone regretting their surgery after the first month. White Doves advise is always spot on. I agree 100% of what she said.

Here are some photos from my trip. These are all from the Mactaris Archeological site. We visited 8 in all, and they were very extensive.

Humpty Hump!
I'm back from swimming. I got through the whole workout, which is a good feeling. I've been 5 times and haven't had to share a lane yet, but it's coming. There have been two times when I just waited a minute for someone else to finish up, and got a lane to myself. I wouldn't expect that Friday morning will be that busy with the Halloween events Thursday night.
Today is going to be in the 80's, and then it is going to cool down tomorrow, probably for the winter. Most years we have our first snow before Thanksgiving, even if it melts quickly. The trees have lost a lot of their leaves, so there is raking to do.
I got my bicycle yesterday. I didn't know this, but street bikes don't have kickstands. One of my tasks for this weekend is to mount a hangar on our garage wall, so that I can store it. It's really light and fast, I think I am going to love it!
I think that we are carving pumpkins this afternoon. Marilyn picked up 4 good sized ones and we have the tools and books of patterns. They will only last about a day before the squirrels eat them. Other than that, work from home, Crossfit and maybe Happy Hour tonight (we are in a bit of a slump, lately)
QOTD: I don't track. I do test my blood sugar every day, which causes me to somewhat focus on what i am eating. I have a different reaction to Ozempic than a lot of other posters - people say they don't think about food at all, etc. For me, I am still hungry, but i get to restriction very fast. It's almost like being a Newbie again.
Breakfast: Bagel
Lunch: Roast beef Sandwich
Dinner: Chicken Mandi? Is today the day?
Have a great day, all!

Good morning all and welcome to the hump day,
Ymaliz - I'm sure you'll be relieved after the report is finished and off your plate.
It's a beautiful day to be alive. It's full stream ahead for me today. Can't sleep, clowns will catch me.
QOTD- I stopped using MyFitnessPal and tracking. I use this for accountability and it's a poor way to track what I'm eating for the upcoming day. I should get back on track. Excuse ahead - I am so full of to do's that I don't want to worry about that right now; all 3 minutes it takes to log the food.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, 1/2 bagel, Tangerine.

Morning gang. JB's dad is back in the hospital. She's doing some work from home until she heads up to see him. I'm going to stay put until this Montezuma's revenge I caught in Tunisia is gone. That's the last thing he needs. Fingers crossed for her dad.
Everything is more or less on track food and activity-wise. I was hoping for a Dodger's sweep. I don't just want the Yankees to lose, I want them to be embarrassed.
QOTD: MyFitnessPal. Today I hit 4400 days of logging in. I don't log precisely every day, but do when I creep up. Why does it always creep up, and not down?

Good Morning! I hope the rest of your report comes together nicely. Yesterday went fast with a few zoom meetings and one on ones so today I need to put some time into a few projects that I haven't touched much this week. When do the Dodgers come back to LA? I bowl whoever wins, wins at home.
QOTD: I use MFP. I used to be really good about making updates if things changed during the day but it's an area I could improve on now.
