Since I am on a low carb diet no sugar/flour for many years now I take Magnesium Citrate - 2 a day and three Metamucil SF Fiber Gummies a day and go daily like clockwork after struggling for many years. If you eat low carb the Magnesium helps with leg/muscle cramps and it helps with my sleep as well as with bone health since I did get osteoporosis - not sure how much is surgery related but it did play a role. I would never do a colon cleanse as it affects your gut microbiome and not in a good way.

ð?'? My husband and I are both 16 years post op. Biggest advice is have a lifelong support person that will also hold you accountable. This is a tool & can be abused which will land you back to where you are now but with added health issues. My starting weight was 300 and my current weight is 130. Message me after your surgery for food ideas.
I am thinking of Hawaii in May. When are you planning to go?
I am still flexible and would love if we could meet up there.

Good Afternoon on this Fri-yay! I am ready for the weekend. I have an appt this afternoon and then sailing in to the weekend. John and I are going to Ruth's Chris tomorrow night for dinner using one of our Christmas gifts and celebrating the 25th anniversary of our first date. We had our official 20 year wedding anniversary last year but didn't do anything huge, waiting for 25 for Hawaii.

That's horrible a boss would have that attitude and risk employees like that. In one week we have OSHA coming out to recertify us for VPPPA which not many big companies in the US and we cannot afford to have any type of accidents at all. And just last week we had a big Team meeting about Winter Weather and slip hazards.

I am looking forward to the weekend, gym days both mornings. We are getting together with friends on Saturday, we have a 7 passenger explorer so I will be the driver. Heading to Saranac Lake ny for dinner at a new Brew Pub, we will stop at happy hour at one of our favorite stops on the way, catch some live music at another brewery and then our final stop. SL hosts an annual Ice castle and winter carnival, we will more than likely take a ride to see the castle.
QOTD - I enjoy cruising, but I just dont know if I could do it, even for 10 mil! I get tired of dining out.
