No games on my phone but I used to play Candy Crush on it. When I was an iPhone technician one lady called and asked if I could teach her how to play Candy Crush. I said No because I did not think AT&T would consider that a good use of my time.
I do have Best Fiends on my Kindle and was in the 3000 levels. I got a new Kindle last month and it made me start over. No plans for the weekend except some light cleaning that I plan to get done today. I needed a pedicure and got that done yesterday.

Good mornin y'all.
i have an appointment today for my B12 and we're taking a load to the thrift store. I am exhausted but that's nothing new. Next week is a busy one. Only two days without an appointment so far. Monday it's a phone with a PA. Wednesday is the orthopedic doctor and Thursday is the pain clinic. Lots of info to find out and I'm looking forward to it.
I need to clean my room up a bit. Mainly vacuum and wash a load of clothes. The kids started school here yesterday and my niece in :::gulp::: high school love it and I am relieved for her. The other niece and nephew love their teachers too. Rachel, the one in HS, is taking principles of engineering and animation at the tech school here and she's excited. I wish they would've had that back in my school days!
QOTD: I play bejeweled and draw some on procreate. Not really a game but trust my my drawings are funny in a bad way LOL
B: eggs, sausage and cheese. Coffee of course.
L: not sure what this'll hold
D: thinking a pita with some eggs
I got a small Ethiopian welo Opal so here are some pics of that( I am trying to find someone to wrap it for me). And a meme of course.
have a great day and weekend everyone!
Woo Hoo happy Friday gang!!! Not much going on today at work except for a goodbye luncheon for our Summer intern. He wanted Jersey Mike's so I got that ordered yesterday and will pick it up for 11:30.
I don't think there is anything important going on this weekend so I should be able to work on some stuff outside. I want to plant some beet seeds and more Swiss chard for a Fall crop. Might see if Irvin wants to take a quick run over to the blueberry farm to get some more before the season is over. I do have to make some more yogurt.
QOTD: Does anyone have any game apps on their phone? I have only one Candy Crush and I take 10 minutes each day to play it just for mind stimulation.
B: RYZE coffee and breakfast wrap
L: Jersey Mike's
D: I think I might make a shrimp dish of some sort

Have a great Friday and weekend everyone!!
When I lived in my first house I planted geraniums, petunias, and impatiens every spring. I had several flowerbeds and they were spectacular with beautiful colors. I also had window boxes and hanging baskets. I went out and watered for about 20 minutes every evening. In the daytime I deadheaded everything.
I was in Europe one summer and kept seeing homes and businesses covered with beautiful flowers, mostly petunias. You do need bushes too and I love holly. Blueberry bushes are quite pretty and you can get blueberries if you can outsmart the birds.

QOTD- Flowers, not that I have many in my yard.
We are done with the 100 degree weather, 2 days is plenty. Now we are waiting for an atmospheric river on Friday. Expecting almost an half an inch of rain. We definitely can use it, just not all at once. Cloudy today so I might have to turn on the light in my office, I usually don't as the window shade is up and I like the natural light. But winter is coming with the short days and darkness. The only thing I'm looking forward to is putting my electric blanket back on my bed.
I have an electric blanket for my chair for when I watch TV, it died so I just had to buy a new one. I found one at the store for my King size bed that was half-price, so I went back and bought it. I was only there for bird seed, I have totally spoiled birds they get Songbird Supreme food and they love it. I sent my roommate to the store for bird seed and he bought the Songbird Supreme and now they are spoiled. They flock the feeder, I have 2 feeders one with regular food which they pretty much ignore and the other one that they can empty within 2 days. But I love watching them, so I'll keep filling it up. But I did have to move one of the shepherds crooks as the pesky squirrels were climbing it and jumping to the one with the bird feeders. That was the only way they could get to it, since there is a squirrel baffle on it. They are persistent and inventive, I just wish they would quit digging up my flowers in the pots. And I had to put mesh over my strawberries because they ate them all.
I need to get to work.
Have a great day everyone!

Good morning, everyone!
Quick post and then I have to run to the Oral Surgeon. I'm ready to have this done with. The plan is to head up to Wisconsin later this afternoon for our fishing trip. I will have a couple of hours to recuperate before we leave.
I likely won't post tomorrow, so everyone have a great weekend!
QOTD: I love flowers, but we have so many rabbits in our yard that we are transitioning more to bushes. The flowers are just getting devoured.
Breakfast: bagel
I'm not sure what i will feel up to eating after the procedure, so I'm TBD.
Have a great day, all!

Good mornin y'all.
feeling pretty rough today. Shoulder pain kept me up most of the night. My back was spicy too. I'm over it. I see the orthopedic doctor on the 20th to go over the results.
Today I have an appointment with my case manager. They're still not done with the main water line. It's getting annoyed. Yesterday they cut it off without letting the block know. Hopefully it'll be mostly done today. It's hard on the water heater.
QOTD: I would love to xeriscape since we live in a semi arid climate. I like flowers more so than most bushes.
B: egg, pita and coffee
L: ????
D: ????
food is awfully unknown today...not much cooking as my arm is hard to raise.
Good Morning Gang. Back in the office today to try and catch up on my work. I have one last day to work in the scale next Tuesday. We were supposed to get rain yesterday but the storms literally went around us which is a bummer because we need some rain with all this heat. Hoping to get some today as it is forecasted again.
QOTD: For landscaping do you prefer flowers or small bushes? I like flowers as they are less maintenance in the long run even if some of them have to be planted each year like pansies.
B: RYZE Matcha and 2 egg omelet
L: not sure we might be going out for lunch
D: pork loaf with sweet potatoes
weight machines and treadmill at the Y
Have a great day everyone!!!
Starting to move your body can feel challenging, but even small steps can make a big difference. If you are not healthy enough for high impact aerobics start with low intensity and work your way up. Walking, swimming, chair exercises or water aerobics are all great places to start.
As far as strength goes, find a good trainer that can scale exercises to your needs and help you focus on proper form from the start. A good trainer will be able to progress you from the beginning stages of working out to being strong enough to do more traditional gym movements once you have progressed.
One thing you want to pay close attention to is posture and proper form. If you start doing things incorrectly you run a very high risk of injury. This can be hard for some people as it takes time to learn this skill. A lot of trainers offer the first session free so find one and get started.
I hope this helps! Good luck
My mom grew up in Libby, Montana and she loved a really well-aged sharp cheddar on top of apple pie. Always wondered where that came from. She salted her watermelon too until her Dr. ordered her to cut out salt.
