The Perfect couple! It's on my list. I read the book and I'm looking forward to watching so I'm happy to hear you liked it!

Goooood morning! I only slept 5 hours last night and despite wishing I could channel my inner Jen and hop out of bed and not obsess about how little I slept but instead I opted to read the internet.
QOTD: when I was visiting my mom a couple weeks ago, we binged The Perfect Couple on Netflix. It was so good. Based on an Elon Hildebrand beach read that takes place in Nantucket. I hope they do what Big Little Lies did - make a show based on the book and then create more seasons!
Eata today - the last of the crab (I had so much left that I shared it with my packing help and we all enjoyed the hell out of it!), more oven roasted turkey and havarti cheese, maybe a cottage cheese, and some jalapeño cheese popcorn. Plus an iced coffee!
Have a most fabulous day
That is awful. $84 for s shower. Is there a Planet Fitness nearby?

******SHAKING FISTS AT HERBERT****** Can you believe the nerve? He never came. We're "on the list" but that's all they will tell us. Needless to say we got a hotel, but just to shower and leave. I found a super good deal on the HotelTonight app and it was only $84. The hotel was awful and the clientele was super sketchy, but the shower was hot and I am not mad about it. Hopefully we don't have to do it again this weekend, but I am mentally preparing myself for living without ho****er for the next month.
I'm heading into the office today and the day should be a doozy. I heard a lot of crazy stories yesterday and today I am going to have to have a lot of difficult meetings with people. But I'm happy to be in the office because the solar guys are going to be super noisy today and we won't have electricity for the day. I am really looking forward to this home renovation work being over.
QOTD: Watching anything interesting lately? We hadn'****ched anything new in ages but Grim found us two shows that have been great. The English Teacher is a comedy that is really funny! And The Old Man is a great spy thriller.
Food is less of a mystery today, but only because I am leaving the house and I will just eat out. Breakfast will be Starbucks egg bites (and I am trying the Pecan Crunch Latte!). I am going to get a salad from Cava, and leftovers for dinner.

I've seen that too! I see Tik Tokers frothing a little protein shake with SF syrup too.

I remember taking naps on rainy afternoons when I was a child and listening to the rain on the roof.

That happened to me, but the new dentist turned out to be wonderful. Call your health insurance for references in your network. Waiting three months for first visit is pretty common here.

I make the pumpkin (or any flavor) foam at home. It's just heavy cream and a little of SF skinny syrup + hand held frother. Sooo good.

I agree about the time thing. I used to drink quad venti lattes for years after surgery! The thought turns my stomach now. I don't think I am lactose intolerant, but my bet is on the quantity of milk because happens with reg or SF ones.
